ACADEMIC DIARY

In the general philosophy of education, academics includes lexicon of literature, mental meticulous calculation of Maths, inventive temperament of science, open environment of nature and technical skills of technology. Our school is the leading promoter which has always stressed the vitality of these skills. The learners here are sharpened and honed with fostering out the very best by infusing simple to complex and known to unknown tactics of teaching. The professional class of teachers is based on high profile proficiency that is capable to modify the entire behaviour of children. If we take the evaluation record, we are proud to pronounce the category of overflowing minds.

In the academic area, we have a vast potential who can achieve any target. We are pursuing the curriculum based on CBSE which involves the freedom of thoughts, exposition of minds, projects and psychological motivation etc.In the inter school competitions of slogan writing, spot painting and cartoon making, we have achieved first position in each of these events.
On Earth Day celebration at Dr. Y.S. Parmar University of Horticulture & Forestry, Nauni our students were first. They stunned the judges with their painting skills. Once again the students of our school won the inter school painting competition organized by G.I.P.S, Solan. The Inter House contests like Science quiz, G.K. quiz, Math's reasoning, Symposium, Declamation and Debates are organized on burning topics for paving a platform before the children to relate their lives with happening around the world. The well balanced curriculum is evaluated through four internal exams.

Presently, in senior section the classes’ VIII, IX & X, 20% of the students are scoring more than 90% marks, 30% are scoring between 70%-90% while the rest are on the way to cross the 70% marks barrier. For excelling the best in examinations the school has a unique and favorable way of giving awards term after term. Here the performances of children are in ascending order. Tutorial meeting are organised fortnightly for assessing the progress of children. Academic council is an active organ of the school which is working
effectively under the co-ordination of staff and students.

The children are counseled to pick the path of bright future through professional guidance. Here the triangle of students, teachers and parents are working in a flexible way through organizing PTM to conduce the better results.

Role of the Laboratory
The role of the laboratory is central in high school physics courses since students must construct their own understanding of physics ideas. This knowledge cannot simply be transmitted by the teacher, but must be developed by students in interactions with nature and the teacher. Meaningful learning will occur where laboratory activities are a well-integrated part of a learning sequence. The separation of laboratory activities from lecture is artificial, and not desirable in high school physics.

PHYSICS LAB
aPhysics is a very broad subject, because there are different kinds of physics, such as quantum physics, which concerns itself with physics on the sub-atomic, atomic, molecular and optical levels. There is condensed matter physics, which deals with how solids and liquids behave. Astrophysics is the branch of physics that deals with the universe, and applied physics, is a general term that deals with magnetic fields and technology. As you become comfortable working in your high school physics lab, you will learn a little bit of all areas of physics.



BIOLOGY LAB

aThere are many benefits in having great lesson plans in your life science classes. Biology can be many students favorite high school class. By the time students have reached high school; many students have already developed their preferred learning styles. Students learn faster and retain more when the educational curriculum matches their preferred learning styles. Many students become bored with high school because teachers use only a few or one teaching method. With great biology lessons, students who were bored with high school may become interested in your class. When students are more interested and earn better grades, they may start feeling successful in high school. Students self esteem increases when they feel they are truly learning. The student-teacher relationship will improve when students are successful and participating on assignments.

MATHS LAB

aA Math Lab is a space designed for students to learn mathematics by performing activities and hands on experience. A ‘ MATH LAB ‘ provides wide variety of materials to play with and learn the concepts. Math’s teaching and learning for primary school level (i.e for class 1 to 4) can entirely be done with activities and experiments by students. Math Lab also encourages group learning and co-operative learning among children.

Encourage ‘ do and discover ’ method of learning. Remove fear of Math’s and thus complement classroom learning Universalize Primary school Maths competencies.

COMPUTER LAB
